The receptionist desk is manned by volunteers who donate their time in two shifts on days of their choice, be it once a week or more (Monday-Friday, 8:30 - 12:30 p.m, or 12:30-4:30 p.m., except for Friday, the church office closes at 12:00 noon). The receptionist answers the phone, takes messages, assists the staff, and directs visitors to where they want to go.
